Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must still be attached
• The return must be registered with our support team before shipping the item back
Returns that are sent without prior approval may experience processing delays because our team must first verify the return request.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners, approved returns are typically sent back to the designated fulfillment center provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is properly addressed and securely packaged.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refund Processing
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at the return facility. Once the return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued. If a returned item does not meet the return conditions outlined above, our support team will contact you to determine the appropriate next steps.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet entered the processing stage with our fulfillment partner.
Once an order has entered processing, it is immediately prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled or modified. Because our fulfillment team begins preparing orders quickly, it is possible that an order may enter processing before the 24-hour window has passed.
If your order has already entered processing, cancellation will unfortunately no longer be possible. In that case, customers may contact our support team after delivery to arrange a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

Product Variations
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to factors such as lighting conditions, screen settings, production batches, and fabric dye variations, there may occasionally be minor differences in color, stitching, or material texture compared to the images shown on our website.
These small variations do not affect the functionality or overall design of the product.
Tracking Information
Tracking updates may take several days to appear in carrier systems after an order has been shipped. This delay does not indicate that an order has not been processed or shipped. Once tracking becomes active, customers can follow their shipment using the provided tracking link.
